Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! 

RETURNS 

You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 1 month of purchase.

Returns made within 1 month of purchase in original unworn, unwashed condition with all labels attached will be refunded to the original form of payment within 1 month of return.

We cannot guarantee or cross check sizing of any products ordered if you have not completed our online sizing requirements. 

SALE ITEMS - NO Sale items can be returned for any refund or credit.  Any replacements on sale items need to be confirmed in writing and discussed with management and will only be allowed when reasonable with prior agreement. 

 

COURIER REFUND POLICY 

REFUNDS

Refunds of delivery charges do not apply whatsoever.

You will have to cover the risk and costs of returning the item to us at the below address's. 

A Refund can only be processed and paid out once we receive the item back at the factory. 

NO REFUNDS ON ANY SALE ITEMS

It is the clients responsibility to track and follow up on delivery once we send a tracking number and fulfil your order.  We do not do refunds for Courier Delays.  If there is a Courier Delay we need to be notified by the client along the way.  

REPLACEMENTS  

In addition, if you opt for any type of replacement or alteration garment due to sizing, style, trim, length  etc: 

1.  you will need to return the item back to us at your cost

2.  we will only cover the courier cost back to you if there was an error on our part for some reason which we need to be responsible for.  Incorrect sizing ordered is not our responsibility. Replacement trim shade if we are out of stock of a trim will not be covered here. We have the right to substitute a trim in a classic matching shade. 

If we make a suggestion regarding a size change on a CUSTOM ORDER or CUSTOM SIZE ORDER or CUSTOM COLOUR ORDER, and the client does not amend or take our advice, we cannot be responsible for any sizing returns. The Consumer Protection Act doesnt allow for returns where products are made on your specific instructions.   

We will ALWAYS try replace and process a new order on STOCK STANDARD ITEMS in the event of incorrect sizing, but all return courier costs are for the clients own account.

WASHING RETURNS & INSTRUCTIONS

Please note Washing Instructions for all our Garments are strictly as follows:

COLD WASH ALWAYS!  COLD WASH ALWAYS! 

NOTE:  ANY HEAT OR HOT WATER ON LYCRA IS GOING TO: 

A) SHRINK THE ITEM 

B) UNSETTLE THE COLOURS INITIALLY WHICH MAY CAUSE COLOUR RUNS 

HAND WASH IS ALWAYS PREFERABLE - especially the first 3 times of a new garment to settle all the colours.

Where an item has more than one colour, this item definitely has to be washed in cold water separately and hand washed for the first 3 washes.  Please note Boost Gymwear will not take any responsibility for any colour runs if the garment is washed any other way where the item contains more than one colour.  

Please note:  ALL NEON SHADES have to have cold water and wash separately washes.  Neons worldwide take time to settle their shades. 

Boost Gymwear will not be responsible for any other washing damaged in machines where colours have been mixed. 

It is always suggested to wash colours and black especially inside out to preserve the shade from the sun. 

CUSTOM FIT, SHORTENING & ALTERED GARMENTS REFUND POLICY 

Any Products that have been CUSTOM made and fitted, altered in any way from our originals, lengthened or shortened are at the clients own risk and cannot be returned or refunded.

We do always want our clients to be more than satisfied at all times, so if there is an opportunity for us to resell the garment, we will gladly replace. 

Where the Custom Service is for a height around 150cm - 160cm, these are complicated adaptions and cannot be swopped out. Tremendous care is taken for these items and lengths ito time and hand cutting service.  This is usually not charged either.  

It is important for clients to be sure of their colour choice when ordering CUSTOM heights and fits, especially for 150-160cm heights.  Poor colour choice "if you don't like the shade" after delivery, cannot be swopped out.  This item has been specifically made for you and can usually not be re-sold. 

Our Free Shortening Services are considered Custom Fit and CANNOT be Returned for Refunds or Replacements.  

T&C apply as normal to all items for any Courier,  related to Custom Fit.  Return courier is for clients own account.  Courier charges are not refunded.
