COVID DELIVERY DELAYS
During the past while our Delivery Lead has unfortunately pushed back.
The Factory was closed for almost 8 weeks during April and May 2020. We came back to work with a huge Bottleneck of orders thankfully.
During these past few weeks we have managed to bring the lead time into 2-3 weeks and pushing very hard to move it further back to normal, 10 days - 2 weeks.
Our #BOOSTBABES and clients that have ordered from us before know that our orders have always had Delivery Delays. We CUSTOM MAKE EACH PRODUCT with Care Personally for you. We do not keep or hold stock.
Time and care is taken for each order.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We quote one week to 10 working days ex factory (Johannesburg, South Africa) for all Internet orders.
If there is something urgent that you need for a shoot, please email to confirm first as we can always push things through for urgent production if we can.
If there are production delays, fabric availability delays or any other delays, we will notify you accordingly.
As soon as the parcel leaves our premises we will send you a tracking number.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THE COLOURS LOOK LIKE?
We are currently in the process of adding all the shades into the dropdown menus......
For now, please look at our Instagram page for reference and you are welcome to email us any queries (apologies)

WHAT MUST I DO IF I WANT THE COLOURS TO MATCH ACROSS PRODUCTS?
If the 2 products you are ordering are in the same fabric, then simply just click on the same colour.
If the 2 products are in different fabrics, or there are other fabrics on the garment, then click closes and write in the special instructions: PLEASE MATCH COLOURS
We will match the colours closest and if we have any concerns, we will email you for a confirmation.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
You do not need to order or "guess size" anything - you click on your BACK SIZE AND CUP SIZE and we will cross check your sizing to the style ordered.
If we have any concerns or any sizes that need Custom Fitting we "RED FLAG" those Bra sizes and make contact with you to confirm. Eg 32E, 34DD etc etc
We offer the sizing options in the Order System as International Pants Sizing all in one.
We offer all Bottoms in 4 different Rises, so you can also select if you prefer Ultra Low Rise, Hipster, Standard Rise or High Rise for each pants style.
If you have LENGTHENING or SHORTENING problems you can advise on these measurements also. We custom Length at no additional cost most times as all our products are Bespoke and Made to Order.
We would usually RED FLAG extra length and request measurements from an existing pair of bottoms FLAT on a bed (Inside Leg and Rise Specs)
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE THINK YOU HAVE ORDERED THE INCORRECT SIZE?
If we receive orders where we "think" the sizing ordered or the Colour ordered for that size is incorrect: we will RED FLAG and make contact with you to make suggestions or amend the order.
We will never amend your sizing or order without your approval first.
HOW DO I ORDER MY OWN COLOURS AND COLOUR COMBINATIONS?
On every style there is an option for you to click the colour that you want for that body part eg: BODY COLOUR? EDGING COLOUR? INSET COLOUR?
These are all Drop Down Menus for you to select.
HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE?
We only communicate via email.
We do not process any orders if there is any doubt of outstanding information on your order. We will email you and make contact.
We will not send any communication for a confirmation of order if everything on the order is correctly ordered (we simply process straight away)

Yes, we ship Worldwide regularly with DHL COURIERS
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping to California and Australia from Jhb is around 4-5 working days.
London and the Middle East around 2-3 days.
National Courier Door to Door is around 2-3 days, unless the area is considered an outlying area.
HOW DO I PAY FROM OVERSEAS?
You will notice the site has a Currency Converter on the top right of the Home Page. Click on your Currency to view our Products in that Currency.
You can do your shopping in the Foreign Currency but our International Currency Laws stipulate that we need to be paid in our own Home Currency, which means you will be diverted to our VERY SECURE PAYFAST PAYMENT GATEWAY to Process in SA Rands. (please don't worry, this is VERY secure and safe, we do get the funds and orders straight away)
