We pride ourselves on the fact that we are able to offer CUSTOM MADE GYMWEAR for all shapes and sizes.

DOUBLE CHECK SIZING 

  • please cross check your sizing against this spec in CENTIMETRES
  • IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT SIZING ORDERED - please just type in the special comments section of the order - PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SIZING
  • as we use compression fabric with over 30% lycra our fits tend to lean on the smaller side purely due to the fabric
  • "IF IN DOUBT, UPSIZE" 
  • if we have any concerns about the sizing ordered (if we know the style is a small or big cut) we will always make contact to discuss and confirm before processing
  • we are not allowed to change sizing or alter without clients approval

  • We also offer XXS and XXL, but these need to be custom ordered and custom charged separately.

A) LENGTHENING

  • Our customers can order extra length no problem.
  • In the order system we request your height measurement. 
  • our fits and lengths are based on a standard average of 1.7m, so if we see a height with a large variance to the 1.7m, we will automatically RED FLAG your order for Custom Length Suggestion.
  • Once we RED flag your order, we will make contact with you via email to confirm a lengthening and make a suggestion for the measurement.
  • We are not allowed to lengthen or alter any order without a client approval to amend
  • We allow an additional 2cm on length for first wash. 
  • If we have concerns, we may request you to give us an inside leg measurement from one of your other tights, measured FLAT on a table.  
  • Most of the time we do not charge for extra length UNLESS the height submitted is way out of the standard tolerance of 165cm - 170 cm - 175cm.  We will however always quote on any additional extra length prior to production.  
  • Any height out of the height tolerance will be charged for and quoted accordingly.  This is due to the fact that your Custom Length needs to be hand cut, adjusted specifically for you and measured along the production. 
  • please note NO REFUNDS on custom length
  • we usually start charging for custom length for 10cm or more (this is purely for our expensive fabrics only)

B) SHORTENING

  • Our customers can order a special requirement shortening also.
  • The process is the same as above, if you pick a length far from ours, we will RED flag and make contact with suggestions. 
  • Many clients need to order Custom Fit shortening if the pants have zips, strings or low detailing on pants.
  • Most of the time we do not charge for shortening UNLESS the height submitted is way out of the standard tolerance of  165cm - 170 cm - 175cm. 
  • We will however always quote on any additional charges prior to production. 
  • There are many styles which cannot be shortened as we will loose the proportion of the style if we just cut the bottoms.....
  • we always try shorten proportionately.  If we feel a style cannot work on the specified height, we will always make contact and RED FLAG the item. 
  • Any height out of the height tolerance will be charged for and quoted accordingly. 
  • This is due to the fact that your Custom Length needs to be hand cut, adjusted specifically for you and measured along the production.

C)  PANTS RISES

IF YOU ARE SHORT or TALL

  • Custom fit includes us reducing and raising the waist according to your height

D)  TOP ADJUSTMENTS

  • We adapt our Vest Fits to match into your Bra Sizing.
  • When an order is placed, we request your Bra Sizing so we can check our fit and alter if necessary. 
  • Boost Gymwear Fits are excellent. To date, we pride ourselves on not having 1 return on Internet Orders due to poor fit. 
  • The minute we see a RED flag height, we can automatically shorten strap measurements if you are short plus the lengths of the tops.  Same for lengthening if you are tall.  
  • We often get sizes like 32D or 38B - small body, large bust.....cant buy small, cant buy large..... so we adapt these to fit Bra Sizing too.  
  • You never need to guess what size to order at Boost - you plug in your Back Size and your Cup Size and our system will push out the most suitable size for you FOR THAT STYLE at our factory.  
  • We are BRA Designers by Trade, so the minute you put your BRA size in, we know exactly what you look like :) 
  • sometimes we even shorten the body and straps to keep the proportion of the style
  • please note NO REFUNDS on custom altered tops

 

CUSTOM COLOUR

  • Custom colour means you can order any style in any colour or colour combination that you choose
  • since all the Boost products are made to order, we are able to make your order in your own colour
  • you go online to the style that you want - you click the dropdowns in the colours that you want
  • sometimes it is confusing as to the parts but this is where we step in: BODY COLOUR is always the main colour
  • the rest we can and have the right to balance for you
  • if the style is 2 colours - just enter 2 colours
  • if the style is 4 colours - click 4 and we will balance
  • custom colour allows our Boost Clients to wear and own something unique!

ADDITIONAL

  • WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SIZING ORDERED ONLINE UNLESS ALL THESE MEASUREMENTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. 
  • It is essential to complete all the fields per style 
  • the more information you give us, the better your order will fit. 
  • If we make suggestions on the size ordered or recommend to upsize or downsize, and the client does not take our advice, we will not guarantee the cost of the return courier.  
  • Return parcel back to Boost and replacement courier will be for the clients own account.

PLEASE NOTE - there are no Discounts on Custom Fits.  No Discount Code will be allowed on any special Custom Fit Lengths. 


WE WILL NOT PROCESS ANYTHING UNTIL WE HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED FROM THE CLIENT. 

ALL ORDERS WILL BE PENDING, PUT ON HOLD AND DELAYED UNTIL WE HAVE EVERYTHING WE NEED TO ISSUE TO OUR FACTORY.
